LİDYA KONSERVECİLİK

Lidya Konservecilik was founded in 1989 in Turgutlu province of Manisa which is the most fertile land of Aegean region. Our facility, with the latest investments, which has a covered area of 35,000 m2 of total 80,000 m2 ,is one of Turkey's largest and Europe's leading facilities. Lidya Konservecilik processes from 20,000 to 25,000 tons of vegetables per year. These primary vegetables are cucumber, tomato, pepper, Capia pepper, yellow long pepper, eggplant, cabbage, green tomato, carrot, Jalapeno pepper, baby pepper, Macedonian pepper, Greek pepper, California pepper, cauliflower. Lidya Konservecilik uses mostly glass jars for production. The annual production is 60 million glass jars, we produce also tins of 3, 5 and 10 kilograms, at about 1 to 1.5 million pieces. Having reached 200 tons of vegetables on daily basis and a capacity of approximately 750.000 jars, Lidya Konservecilik is engaged in contractual agriculture and offers healthy foodstuffs produced in a controlled manner from high quality raw materials to the end consumer. The quality of our products is supported by the HACCP food control system and certified by our own IFS and BRC certificates.

Lidya Konservecilik has started to produce in glass jars , in relation with the growing demand for healthy products for distinguished brands in recent years. Over the years, these companies have increased their sales with our quality and service. Lidya Konservecilik has always protected and maintained its position for the first three companies of Aegean Exporters' Unions as 1st, 2nd or 3rd among companies exporting raw vegetables.

Our company is one of the best companies that pay the highest corporate tax both in our district and in our province every year.

Lidya Konservecilik offers employment opportunities for 160 employees throughout the year. In the production season, 600 seasonal workers are also employed. In addition to the direct employment opportunities, the added value that the company has created for thousands of farmers and truck drivers and their families is very high

The HACCP quality assurance system will be applied during production.
